1. Is a product always in stock if I can buy it online?
Yes, our online inventory is linked to our physical store in Belmont, Lake Macquarie. However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer either:
- A refund (processed the same day)
- The option to wait for restocking
2. When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery time: 2-7 business days for most orders. Factors that may cause delays:
- Weekends, public holidays, and sale periods
- COVID-19 or courier delays
- Shipping to regional areas
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress. Use the tracking details in your confirmation email for updates.
3. Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
Oceanfire Surf does not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we do offer:
- Exchanges for a different item or size
- Store or online credit

4. Can I return an item without a receipt?
- In-store purchases: A receipt is required for any exchange.
- Online purchases: A receipt isn’t needed, but you must provide your order number to verify your purchase.
